Aryati: Return & Exchange Policy

At Aryati, we take immense pride in our "Seed-to-Stitch" process and strive to ensure that every garment meets the highest standards of quality and minimalist design. However, if your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange

We offer product replacements of the same style only. This means you can exchange your item for a different size of the exact same design. We are currently unable to process "Across-Style" exchanges (exchanging one design for a different product). If you wish to try a different style entirely, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange if:

  • Incorrect Delivery: An incorrect size or product was delivered to you (as per your order confirmation).

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Please photograph any damage or defect immediately upon opening the package.

  • Fit Issues: You are not satisfied with how the size fits or accidentally ordered the wrong size.

  • Quality Check: The item must pass a quality check at our Pune studio. It must be unused, unwashed, and with all brand tags and original packaging intact.

How to Exchange

If your purchase meets the criteria above, please initiate the process within 2 days of delivery.

Delivery of Exchanged Item

Once we receive and inspect the original item, your replacement size will be shipped.

Please note that exchanges involve reverse pickup, transit, quality inspection, approval, and dispatch of the replacement item. As each request is individually reviewed and processed, the complete exchange process may take up to 2–3 weeks from the date the product is picked up for return.

2. RETURN POLICY

We design Aryati garments to be timeless and versatile for real Indian bodies. However, if you feel a product isn't right for your wardrobe, we accept returns subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all product tags intact.

  • Timeline: You must initiate the return process within 5 days of receiving the product. We cannot process returns after this 5-day window.

XXL Size Orders

Please note that garments ordered in XXL size are produced specifically after an order is placed and are not part of our regular ready-to-ship inventory.

As these pieces are made on demand, XXL size orders are not eligible for return or size exchange for reasons related to fit, preference, or change of mind.

If an XXL garment is delivered with a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product has been shipped, we will review the case and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refund of Returned Item(s)

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check to ensure that:

  • The product is in the same condition in which it was shipped.

  • The returned product matches the original item purchased.

Shipping Charges on Returns

In the event of a return, a flat amount of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount towards shipping and logistics costs incurred in delivering and processing the order.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to your original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.

Please note that returns involve reverse pickup, transit, warehouse inspection, approval, and refund processing. As each request is individually reviewed, the complete return process may take up to 2–3 weeks from the date the product is picked up for return.

Once the refund is initiated, the credited amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Aryati reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances, such as limited fabric availability (as we work with small batches of organic cotton), inaccuracies in pricing, or quality concerns flagged during the final stitch check.

Refund on Cancellation

If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 15 working days.

Vouchers

Any discount codes or vouchers used will be restored to your account for future use.
