Aryati: Return & Exchange Policy

At Aryati, we take immense pride in our "Seed-to-Stitch" process and strive to ensure that every garment meets the highest standards of quality and minimalist design. However, if your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help.

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange:

We offer product replacements of the same style only. This means you can exchange your item for a different size of the exact same design. We are currently unable to process "Across-Style" exchanges (exchanging one design for a different product). If you wish to try a different style entirely, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange if:

  1. Incorrect Delivery: An incorrect size or product was delivered to you (as per your order confirmation).

  2. Manufacturing Defect: The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Note: Please photograph any damage or defect immediately upon opening the package.

  3. Fit Issues: You are not satisfied with how the size fits or accidentally ordered the wrong size.

  4. Quality Check: The item must pass a quality check at our Pune studio. It must be unused, unwashed, and with all brand tags and original packaging intact.

How to Exchange:

If your purchase meets the criteria above, please initiate the process within 2 days of delivery:

  • Details Needed: Order number, delivery address, reason for exchange, and images (if the product is defective).

Delivery of Exchanged Item:

Once we receive and inspect the original item, your replacement size will be shipped. Expected delivery is within 5-7 working days.

 

2. RETURN POLICY

We design Aryati garments to be timeless and versatile for real Indian bodies. However, if you feel a product isn't right for your "Conscious Closet," we accept returns.

Eligibility for Return:

  1. Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all product tags intact.

  2. Timeline: You must initiate the return process within 5 days of receiving the product. We cannot process returns after this 5-day window.

How to Return:

If your purchase meets our return criteria, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Write a mail to us at mailtoaryati@gmail.com

  2. Details Needed: Order number, delivery address, reason for return, and images (if the product is defective).

Refund of returned item(s):

  • Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check to ensure that the product is in a condition that it was sent and that the product that has been returned is the same as that was shipped.

  • If the product passes the quality check, we will initiate a refund of the full amount (after deducting any shipping costs that might have been paid) and you will receive the refund within 5-7 business days. 

 

 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Aryati reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances, such as limited fabric availability (as we work with small batches of organic cotton), inaccuracies in pricing, or quality concerns flagged during the final stitch check.

  • Refund on Cancellation: If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 15 working days.

  • Vouchers: Any discount codes or vouchers used will be restored to your account for future use.
