Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Aryati pieces. However, if you need to make a return or exchange,
we’re here to assist you.

Eligibility:

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, custom-made orders, and items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return for Store Credit:

  • For approved returns, store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases at Aryati and has no expiry.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of size discrepancies or product damages
    caused from our end.
  • All exchange requests are subject to approval after internal scrutiny.

Return/Exchange Process:

  • To initiate a return (for store credit) or an exchange, please email us at
    aryati@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and
    reason.
  • Once approved, the customer must arrange and bear the shipping cost for sending the product back to us.

Note: Shipping costs for sending the item back are the customer's responsibility for exchanges. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the corrected item (in case of approved exchanges) back to the customer.
